The Shining Truth is a non-profit charitable institution / a messenger dedicated to the dissemination and application of the highest truth. It is an ultimate guide for seekers of truth, freedom, inner peace, nondual wisdom, and those who find themselves stuck in confusion, existential crises, or depression.
The Shining Truth offers free online self-learning courses, donation based Zoom discussions, one-to-one consultation service, and comprehensive in-person retreats worldwide in clear modern English.
The Shining Truth is not a religion, belief system, philosophy, spiritual convention, or a school of thought; it is revealed truth, a manifestation of timeless wisdom and pure intention that serves to raise human consciousness and alleviate human suffering. It guides seekers to their own realisation of truth and finding their inner peace by mentoring them to see through and eventually dissolve their ignorance, misperceptions, untrue beliefs, conditionings, and ego’s constructions, by the light of unconditional love/ compassion/ non-dual awareness.
Self-learning Courses
The Shining Truth offers 3 parallel courses, free of charge. Each course is designed in a comprehensible way that assists seekers realise their purpose at the current stage of their journey.
Though the courses are free of charge, donations are highly appreciated to help keep our work and teaching channels up and running.
It is a gentle note that these courses are not suited for complete beginners. These courses are more beneficial for those who have already been treading the path to truth and spiritual growth for quite some time.
It is advisable for beginners to first learn and appreciate the main points of Buddhist teachings, Vedanta teachings, other ancient or modern psycho-spiritual teachings that you personally find helpful and feel resonated with, before starting the courses provided here on this site.

Consultation
Upon completion of one or more of the above courses, you can request to book a one to one consultation with one of the sages if you have burning questions that you could not otherwise figure out by yourself. It is a gentle note that one to one consultations are helpful only if you have already been treading the path to truth and spiritual growth for a while and have already spent enough time studying the self-guided courses.
It is advisable for beginners to first learn and appreciate the main points of Buddhist teachings, Vedanta teachings, other ancient or modern psycho-spiritual teachings that you personally find helpful and feel resonated with, before starting the courses provided here and before booking any consultations with the sages at The Shining Truth.
Everyone has to walk one’s path alone and You alone are your best teacher. So only seek assistance and guidance if and when you truly need it.
